We strive to stay on schedule at Summit Dental Group because we know that you are busy and your time is valuable. We try our best not to deviate from our schedule unless a patient calls with an emergency that needs immediate attention. Dr. Clark, Dr. Romano, and Dr. Grossman are committed to your care, and they are available for those emergency situations.
If a change in schedule cannot be avoided, please call us at least two business days in advance to alert our receptionists that you need to change an appointment. Our professional staff will work diligently with you to schedule convenient times for your dental visits!

At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so that we can remain current and fully informed to serve you. Insured patient cost estimates will be broken down by insured and uninsured costs, and we ask that uninsured costs be paid as services are rendered. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. It is because of this that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when treatment is provided. Please note that estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance company and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim has been submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can the final payment amount be determined.
As a courtesy, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.
