I got introduced to Dr. Grossman by my brother in law years ago. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I had a short list of things that needed to be done, along with Invisalign and fixing a crown from years ago. He explained everything and we made a schedule that fit my budget over the course of a year. Very easy to talk to and his knowledge actually saved me money by prioritizing what, when and how to address everything. 10 stars!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Grossman & Lisa the hygienist for Invisalign. I had one stubborn tooth on the bottom that wasn’t cooperating so Dr. Grossman put 6 braces on the bottom to speed up the process. I’m in a wheelchair & the door to get into the office is quite heavy. A majority of the time office staff sees me wheeling up & they open the door or I call & they come right out. The office is extremely clean & all of the staff I’ve been in contact with are so nice & helpful. Lisa is the best!!

I had tried a few other dentists before a friend referred me to Summit. They were able to get me in very quickly as a new patient. The entire office staff is wonderful and genuine, and Dr. Smithers is an absolute gem!! He listened to my concerns, made sure to explain everything when coming up with a plan, and I literally walked out with the best smile I’ve had in years. Highly recommend this office and their professional and courteous team!

Couldn’t be happier with Summit Dental Group. I called with tooth pain to see if they were accepting new patients. They got me in the next day. The front desk staff was super helpful. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. The office itself is beautiful. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything she was doing. The dentist came in almost immediately. He was kind and personable. He took his time, made sure my mouth was completely numb before he started, and made sure to inform me of potential side effects from the novocaine. They exceeded my expectations on every level.

My daughter had an accident to her two front teeth last night around 7:10pm. We are new to the area, so our kids don't have a dentist here yet. We called the first dentist we seen open which happened to be Summit. Even though they were getting ready to leave for the night they were awesome enough to stay open to take a look at my daughters' teeth. We were not patients, and they didn't care which insurance we had right away like most places do. They still took the time to see her. The staff and the Dr were amazing. Very patient and caring. My daughter was nervous and was crying a little bit, but they were very patient with her, and they made her feel very comfortable, and the Dr even made her a cool flower balloon, defiantly recommend them. Very thankful They took us last min and gave great advice and helped us. Thank you.

I went in for a sleep aid mouth piece. The process was thoroughly explained by my dentist and his assistants and I was in and out. I would definitely recommend them for any dental services major to minor. They made me feel welcome from when I walked in and even tho everyone wore a mask you were still greeted with smiles. 5 stars!!

The whole experience was very pleasant and I HATE the dentist. On top of them all just being straight up awesome people, the procedure didn't hurt one bit, it was done in a very timely manner and the pricing is totally affordable! I broke my tooth awhile back, they seen me almost immediately knowing the importance of having your teeth. I was frantic, because i could not get into my regular dentist....which I don't use anymore, i had to work the next day and could not bare the thought of working with a missing tooth. Jared Smithers was excellent, the staff was excellent as well. I never felt more at ease. Im still not done with this tooth, i have one more appointment which unfortunately will be my last because they are not in my insurance network, i really wish they were. Unfortunately dentist work of any kind is expensive especially when your insurance pays so little to out of network dental. I recommend them all highly, great group of people. I live in Oswego and i would definately make the drive to this place anytime I needed service done or regular check up but i am at a loss because i need to find a dentist that takes my insurance, which are not at all what I want here in Oswego.

Great, personable and friendly employees (from the front desk to the assistant, the doc to the billing woman). They weren't all about making the top dollar sale, which means a lot to me. I want the best advice and real answers, whether it actually be the top dollar sale that's best option for me or not. Everyone is so friendly, and they do a great job making me feel at ease during my appointments. They do a really great job of keeping on schedule, but not making you feel rushed either.
